Our application uses the WebSchedule Calendar view, but our users find it a bit frustrating. The users would like us to be able to place a hyperlinks within the Activity in order for them to drill into the appropriate pages within our system.

Our system has some basic contact management features. For example, when we schedule a follow-up call back to a customer, we would like to have a few hyperlinks within the appointment to allow the user to navigate to the customer record, the contact record, the order record, etc.

Can we do something similar to the WebGrid, where a column can contain a hyperlink?  Simply typing in the <a href=... </a> did not work. Is there an escape sequence or something that would work?
