WebDayView Data not displaying in IE7

I'm having an issue with WebDayView in IE7

When I browse to the page that contains the WebDayView it flashes up displaying the correct data, then blanks out (so the correct data was there, the it goes away) All that shows is the the Day title (EX: Monday, June 29) and the grey bar right underneath (all the times are gone).

WebDayView works fine in Chrome and IE8 Standards (IE8 Compat is bugged as well)

I'm running Version=9.1.20091.2013
