Same as 2007 vol 1 installation error. No program groups created and help file is not working. Installation ran to completion with no errors.
It sounds like you maybe installing to all groups instead of your own log on or some sort of log on difference between when you install and when you are examing your start menu groups. Contact Developer Support by logging an incident if my suggestions don't help.
Thanks for the reply, Tim. I searched my start menu and found the program groups were installed under Infragistics. This through me off the trail since this location is an old one (from years back) and all the previous installs were tacked on to the bottom of the start menu, independently. All is well now as the help files even work!
