Getting "Error invoking 'Control Task'. Details: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation."

Hello just installed Infragistics v9.2 for ASP.NET.  I'm get the following error when trying to edit a task in the context menu of the control.  For example, I've inserted a ultrawebgrid and when I select the context menu and choose Quick Design, I get the following error below.  This error gets generated for any infragistics control.

I've uninstalled v9.2 and reinstalled v9.2 and still getting same results.  My asp code is referencing the correct version.  Before I had v9.1 and I've unistalled it and made sure the asp code isn't referencing the older version.

Please advise.

    I am also getting the same error and have not found a solution.  Have you found any fix?
