When I create click 'Create New Library' and either choose a preset or a blank library, the 'Loading Canvases' dialogue appears, gets to 38% (WebImageViewer) and hangs there or freezes indefinitely.
I have restarted and reinstalled to no avail...any ideas?
I am using Windows 7 Enterprise (64-bit), Intel Quad 2.5, 4 GB RAM,
***** Edit - 4 hours later - I found that if I remove Microsoft ASP.NET 2.0 AJAX Extensions 1.0 then I am able to create new libraries, but I lost all of the Aikido controls...
***** Edit - Next day - I installed on different machine with Windows 7 Enterprise (32-bit), 2 GB RAM. Still doesn't work. With or without AJAX Extensions. Leaving me to assume that Appstylist will not function with Windows 7.
AppStylist version is 10.2.20102.1011
Windows version is 7 enterprise 64 bit, build number 7600
Same exact steps for me...
I'm on Windows XP (Edit: 32bit SP3) , and both 10.1.20101.1011 and 10.2.20102.2018 versions do the same thing.
Hi Jleggy,
Thanks for your feedback.
Please provide the exact version of your toolset and OS version as well.
Thanks
I start AppStylist,, select New Style Library / blank library and click Create Library. In about 10 seconds I see the Loading Canvases dialog box and it stays stuck at 0%. If I open task manager I see the AppStylist process using about 35% of my CPU and 60MB of memory. The memory usage fluctuates between 55MB and 65MB. I've waited as long as 10 minutes and the 0% complete never changes and it never completes
Hello guys,
I have made tests with 9.2 , 10.1 and 10.2 versions of our toolset under Windows 7 64 bit. I’m able to create new styleset , edit existing ones and so on… The screen is from the test made with 9.2 version.
Could you provide "steps to reproduce" .
Maybe I am missing something.
Thanks.
