band key is empty for child rows of hierarchical data grid

Hello,

I have attached a small sample app I have written that does not return a band for band 1 (i have put javascript in the AfterRowActivateHandler and when i click on the parent I get a key back, but from the child I don't get a key back.

What have I done wrong?

    Hi,

    You forgot to attach the sample itself, so I can't tell much from the post.  But as a rule the WHDG will generate the band keys for all bands except the leaf bands, so if you don't see a key for the leaf band thats okay, you can still provide on yourself if you want.  If this does not answer your question, then please post your sample for more info.
