Upgrading an application to use a newer version of the NetAdvantage for .NET toolset is a straightforward process.  The following article from our online help documentation of NetAdvantage for .NET 2009 Volume 2 leads to other articles that describe how you can update your NetAdvantage references to a new version:
    Upgrading Your ASP.NET Projects

There are two things that I'd like to add atop this information:

    • Save a copy of your project before the upgrade.  That way, if issues occur, you can go back to something that worked.
    • After you run the upgrade, test your application thoroughly to make certain that everything functions as it previously did.
