Is there a way to use the htmlEditor in a windows application?

    Hello argons,

    WebHtmlEditor is exclusively for web applications.

    Currently,  there is no equivalent control in Windows. However, you may use a browser control to host a website and that website can have the WebHtmlEditor, and you may call a Javascript function from Windows forms.
