The last time any IG staff posted on WebSchedule forum was December 22 2009. How can we get help on this product?

Well, let me just say that posting is not the quickest way to get help. Francis, Marianne, and the others are very helpful on the phone or when working support requests. So if you need help from IG itself, I thinki the best thing to do iis open a ticket.
If you are looing for help form other suers, then the forums is the way to go.
Once I started opening tickets, I got lots of help :)
