Hi folks
From time to time, specially when system load is very high, we are receiving next error from different users: (I'm hiding some private name using xxxx)

Write privileges at the directory are ok. In fact, if the same user who have received the error try to access to the same form he is able to do it, and no error is raised. It happens aparently randomly
We have set total privileges for 'All' at the directory, there is no more information at log... Any idea about what's happening?
Thanks in advance
I'm not sure what the issue is, but try looking at this discussion:
