Need to have default values for AddNewRow Template with + indication

I have enabled the AddNEw row behavior and I am seeing a template Add Row at the bottom wiht + Indicator on the Row Selector, I want this row with the default values like if we have COl1- Col3 it should fill some default values in the template Add New row. Please suggest
