There is an issue occurring in the grid when opening in IE. The issue is that the first row is showing with wrapped text in Internet Explorer. And the property Autogeneratecolumns is set to true. The same is there even the property is set to false. I need to implement with both the property values. How could i overcome this compatibility issue.

I am using IE7. But no problem in IE8 and what you have told is right. If we set Defaultcolumnwidth of grid in % or if it is empty no problem in Internet Explorer.
But if Defaultcolumnwidth given in % or as empty then horizontal scroll bar will not appear in any of the browser if we re-size the column size and in IE we can't see the whole columns also.
So as per our requirement we need to set either Defaultcolumnwidth in pixels or a scroll-bar should appear while column resizing and in IE (versions less than 8) a scroll-bar should appear by default if more number of columns are there.

According to Alexander Kartavov from Infragistics : -
"this is a bug in the browser, so it's out of our hands to fix that particular glitch".
So i think there is no need to reproduce it as the issue is already reported to Infragistics by many users. And i got a solution in reply as this.
Anyway i am glad to say that recently i fixed this particular glitch.
Forgot to say i am referring to first row not to header row.
