Expanding/Opening dropdown list when clicking on text (instead of the down arrow)

In a simple HTML select/dropdown list you don't need to click on the "Down Arrow" to have the list of items displayed. For instance:

Is there a way to achieve the same with a WebDropDown? I noticed that only clicking on the down arrow will expand it.

    So is this really a limitation of the WebDropDown Infragistics control? Or you guys need more information to understand the issue?
