Extra Windows in Firefox

Just updated to the 2009v2 service pack to solve click location issue. Now, however, the menu is opening two copies of external links in Firefox.

So, if I have a menu item that opens another browser window, in Firefox, I'm getting TWO browser windows of the same page.

Can you direct me to possible areas to look for fix?
