how to remove dropdown container empty space

Hi

       I am using webdropdown control  to display values in it. if the webdopdown exceeds more than 10 values then i should get scroll bar other wise it should display only values without the space below the values.

               to understand clearly  i am attaching a image of my webdropdown. how can i remove the empty space in dropdowncontainer after two values.
