I have created support ticket CAS-60031-NWQM62. We will continue our discussion there. 

I have attached a ZIP file with a demo version of what I am working on.  You will notice I make heavy usage of the IG Splitter.

 When it starts up, just hit a button on the login panel and it will take you to the form where you can see the problem.  I did not want to remove that initial WebDialogWindow in the event it is part of the problem.

There are TWO problems here:

1) the problem described in this thread that WebDataMenu scrolling does not appear to work in this scenario

2) the dropdowns on the menu disappear behind the splitter pane.  Select dropdown #3 from the menu

The zip also includes a styles.css which provides the settings I use to try and get  the app to consume the visible browser but no more.
