I want to learn more on the columns

OriginalStartDateTimeUtc and VarianceID.

When I add an appointment OriginalStartDateTimeUtc is inserted as null.

What is this varianceID and its datatype is uniqueidentifier.How is it used?

when will the OriginalStartDateTimeUtc be filled with and in what scenario?

Which column is the End date of the appointment?
