In ultraweblistbar while mouse over on the child items, CSS has been applied to change the selected item colour but it does not works for first item in the list bar.
It applies correctly from second item. can you please help us to resolve this issue?.

Actually the issue occurs after navigating from one page to another page, at initial there is no issue.
