In my one asp.net project, I want to realize the function like GMail Drag Drop to Add Attachment in IE6 or IE7 , what can I do by using NetAdvantage controls?

File Upload drag'n'drop functionality can be realised in browsers that support HTML5 so I do not believe your goal is realistic in this case. You might want to look for alternative solutions, for instance by using Silverlight to implement an upload feature for you implementation as described at:
