Unable to Add Row in Child Menu with Key from Parent Row to carry over.

Everthing about the Child Band works well until you want to add a new row. The content should only show if it has been submitted under the same parent DropDown. Are there any examples? How do I carry the ID over to the Child row (and table) in order to do this? I am able to add a row in the child band but it goes random.

I am having trouble adding a child row to a parent row. How did you accomplish this?
