Layout is bad when loading page

Whenever the page loads the following layoutproblems happen:

1. The headerrow is not aligned correctly
2. The last item in the grid is cut off.

When i resize the window, the problem fixes itself:

 

Any suggestions to fix this?

    It has been some time since your post, however in case you still need assistance I would be glad to help.

    I am yet unable to replicate your scenario, however, as the scenario seems to be specific I would need to see your page markup and code in order to provide more insight. A small sample illustrating the behavior would be greatly appreciated.
