When adding a link, it does not seem to give an option to allow the user to select a different target frame (such as "_blank", etc.) and seems to only act on "_self".

Are there near future plans to add this as an option for the modal dialog box for the add link of the WebHtmlEditor control? If not, how might I fix this myself to include this option?

I found that this question was asked back in 2008 but there were no replies. I'm hoping that I might have more luck.
