Webdropdown's dropdown list scrollbar flicker in IE7 when EnableLoadOnDemand is set to True.
You can see the same behaviour in your Infragistics webdropdown sample page, if you open it with IE7 or set the browser mode to IE7. Is there a way to eliminate the scrollbar flicker?
Please advise and thanks in advance.

I was able to replicate the issue and asked our Engineering team to look into this further. To ensure that it will receive attention, I have logged this behavior in our internal tracking system with a Development ID of 96583. The next step will be for a developer to review my investigation and confirm my findings or to offer a fix, or other resolution.

I have received word from development regarding this matter. There seems to be a browser specific issue for which no permanent solution seems to be available. Modifying the item list hover css class to remove borders and background images, however, has been shown to resolve the matter on some machines:
