Can't Find Such DLL(Infragistics2.UltraChart.Resources.8.3) while I deploy 8.3

I was used 5.1 at the beginning, and I'm now upgrade it to 8.3.

but after installing, the original (Infragistics.UltraChart.Resources.5.1) can't update to (Infragistics2.UltraChart.Resources.8.3)

so,I can't use <igchart:UltraChart element
