WebHtmlEditor works in chrome and firefox, but not IE9.
There are problems with the fonts and the toolbar controls. The text in the edit area is microscopically small and lines are on top of each other.
Please link to a download fix for this control.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to resolve your issue. Usually this happens because custom styles are applied on the html editor
I can't delete this thread but I think it is resolved. Appears to be broken due to line-height: 0em;
which was an earlier fix for the editor's toolbar layout. Only IE seemed to honor this setting?
