Can't style some controls

Why are some controls not available in AppStylist for ASP.NET? Please see attached screenshot.

    I suspect I know the answer to this. I was using Office2010Blue which I think was only added relatively recently and therefore you didn't both to skin the classic controls that were being removed in a later version? I'm on 2010 Vol 3.
