Insert HyperLink not working

Hi

I am using Net Advantage 11.1. When I try to use "Insert Hyperlink" button in htmleditor, following message appears.

"You must select a text and image before this action and editor must have focus". Problem in ie only firefox works fine.

One of the related posts suggested to resolve this by getting some bug fix but I cannot find any such fix from your website.

    Hello Riffat,

    You have specified the version of NetAdvantage - 11.1 but you havent specified the exact build you are using. There are development issue "InsertLink does not work in IE9 correctly." which was logged in our internal system with ID 85675. It was resolved and is available in service release 11.1.20111.2064 and later. Please download and install the latest service release. You can download the latest service release for your version of Netadvantage by logging in our website and going to My IG - > Keys and Downloads -> Select NetAdvantage tab -> select NetAdvantage 2011 vol 1 -> scroll down to Service Release and in that tab select ASP.
