WHDG with disabled template buttons gives JavaScipt errors in IE8 with compatibility mode on

Infragistics4.Web.v11.1, Version=11.1.20111.2135

I have a WHDG that contains disabled buttons.  In IE8 this works correctly with no errors.  But when I turn on compatibility mode, I get a JavaScript error when I click on any of the disabled buttons.  See Attached.

FYI - When I try to Submit a Support Request, the page errors with "An unexpected error occured creating your support request. Please try to submit the support request again, or contact Infragistics Developer Support if this problem continues".  I have gotten a couple to go through but most error off.

    Thank you for posting in our forums.

    I confirm that I was able to reproduce the issue using IE9 with compatibility mode.

    I didn't replicate the issue when using WebDataGrid.

    Also when using WebImageButton I wasn't able to encounter the JS error.

    I will create a development issue regarding this and will update you through the support ticket:CAS-85543-R3C8SD
