I am trying to put a WebDataTree inside a WebDropDown using an ItemTemplate. The WebDropdown is initially disabled. The user presses a button to enable the WebDropDown, but then the tree doesn't work correctly (can't check or expand nodes).
When the WebDropDown is always Enabled, this problem doesn't occur.

This appears to be a development issue and I have asked our engineering staff to examine this further.In order to ensure that the matter will receive attention I have logged this behaviors in our internal tracking system with a Development IDs 113398.
