Data is not showing up in Pie Chart

Hi,

 I have 2 weired problems with pie char.

  • First one, in my pie chart there will always 3 rows of data to display like Error count, Information count and and warning count. But some times chart displays two rows correct and for the third row data it shows Others, but I dont see Others data in my dataset. how to fix that.
  • if there is ratio of 3 records is 5000:10:3 , pie chart displays 5000 and 10, but it doesnt display 3 , why is that ?
so is there anyway I can set these in Chart, because I know for sure there is always 3 rows of data, [3 pie pices in Pie chart]
