Drag an UltraChart control to form, but complier error.

Hello:

I follow the help document of "Adding Chart to a Form"(http://help.infragistics.com/Help/NetAdvantage/ASPNET/2012.1/CLR4.0/html/Chart_Adding_Chart_to_a_Form.html) online, but when I complier, Error List shown
