Hi,
I have a working page that has four WebPanels which contain graphs or grids.
I have tooltips enabled for these charts. This all works well in IE. When in FireFox, the tooltips for the lower charts in page appear over the first chart in the top left. When attempting to mouse over the chart in the top left the tooltips flicker very quickly and cannot be read.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Zack
Could you attach your project so we can investigate the problem asap?
This has been fixed in the latest release 8.1 with hotfix which is great..... but is is very bad when using safari on a mac. Tooltips are displayed at the bottom of my containing div (essentially a content holder). Any ideas how to overcome safari related issues?
Safari is not officially supported by our web controls. We’ll try seeing what happens with the tooltips under Safari and we’ll inform you if we have any progress.

Sorry that I pick up this old thread, bud we have now the end of 2009 and I still have the described WebChart Safari Tooltip problem.
Is there already a solution to the problem? We using WebUI 9.2 for ASP 3.5.

We fixed this recently. The fix should be available in next service release/version.
When will it be available?
The next service release is planned for the beginning of January.
