WebDropDown 12.2: Clear button in IE 10 does not reset CurrentValue property

Hi,

I am having an issue with the 12.2.20122.2054 Version of the WebDropDownControl. When Rendering the control in an IE10 browser, using IE's clear button does clear the text field of the control, however the value of the CurrentValue property sent to the Server is not changed. Same issue when I acceess the current value client-side using the get_currentValue() method. If you clear the text field in IE 10 manually (highlight the text and press the keyboard's Delete button), everything works fine. Is there any workaround or do I have to wait for the next release to have this fixed ?

Hi Joerg,

I'm not reproducing this issue in IE10 using build 12.2.20122.2054, because I don't see the IE clear button appear when I type some text in the drop down input field. I have uploaded a sample which I used to test this behavior. Please, feel free to modify it if necessary, or send another sample where this issue is reproducible.
