WebDropDown in UpdatePanel: Rendering error at design time

Hi,

I have a WebDropDown control in an UpdatePanel control.  At design time I get the following error on the design view: 'Error Rendering Control - UpdatePanel1 An unhandled exception has occurred.  The control collection cannot be modified during DataBind, Init, Load, PreRender or Unload phases.'.  The error disappears as soon as I remove the WebDropDown control from the page.  I can see the WebDropDown control fine at run time.  Is there any way to fix this problem?

    I have tested this scenario using the latest version of NetAdvantage - volume 13.1, but am so far unable to reproduce the described issue. Can you provide me with some more information regarding product version and whether any specific properties of WDD need to be set in this case in order to reproduce the behavior ?
