I have an issue with an WebDataGrid controls not being displayed correctly (row selectors are displayed, but not the columns and the rest of the grid is not).
This is occurring at a client site but not in my office. As a result I suspect that the issue relates to an IIS setting or pre-requisite software.
At both the client site and my office the website is installed/deployed under Server 2012. The website uses the NET4.5 version of the controls. All IIS options have been installed. I've been unable to identify any differences
I'm looking for suggestions as to the possible cause of the issue.

I have a few questions I would like to ask to gather some more information on this issue. Would you please answer the following:
1. Does the client site have the same "ig_res" folder and inner files in their application directory as in your office? 2. Do any 404 errors occur while loading the page? You can check this with your browser's dev tools. 3. Have the web.config files changed between your two sites? 4. If these questions don't provide any insight as to what may be causing this, would it be possible to provide a screenshot of what the grid looks like from your client's site to have a better visual understanding of what is happening?

Apologies for the delay in responding.
It transpires that one of the client's operators subsequently corrupted the server installation. After the server was rebuilt and the website reinstalled that everything worked as expected.
So we're unsure whether the problems were due to an incorrect installation, missing configuration or related to the server corruption.
Bottom line is that it is now working.
