IE 11 Issues
posted

Hello,

We have recently installed and are now using Inf 13.2, but we've been using the Infragistics ASP controls since 9.1, I believe.  I've fully upgraded the site I'm speaking of here from 11.1.  Everything works fine in all browsers except IE11.

I'm putting this under the Webdatagrid forum, but there are actually 2 other problems with other Infragistics controls.  I feel they are probably all related, though.

1)  Webdatagrid - RowselectionChanged not firing, and the grid seems to be doing some weird behavior where it only allows you to select every odd row...  But Rowselectionchanged doesn't even fire when you do that.

2)  Webtab - Doesn't even render.

3)  Input Controls (WebNumericEditor and WebCurrencyEditor) - Appearing, but extremely wide.  Throwing all my pages off.  They all seem to be showing around 150px-200px wide.

One strange caveat to my issue is that when I run the site from code (VS2010) in IE11, everything is perfect.  Everything goes wrong (again, only in IE11) when I copy it to the web server and run from there.  All pages are <!DOCTYPE HTML>.  I've made sure that the web server has all the latest MS patches and everything.  It's a Windows server 2008 R2 box running IIS 7.5.

I've dug all over the place and haven't found anyone with a similar problem, but I'm hoping that I'm just missing something silly here...

Thanks in advance,

Joe

OK, we were able to resolve almost everything with a MS patch that a coworker found.  It was a .Net framework 4.5 patch, he said.  The only slightly odd thing remaining is that the grid still only seems to allow every other row (the odd ones) to be highlighted, but the rowselectionchanged event is firing on all of them, so nothing show stopping.
