Hello :
My WebImgviewer version is "11.1.20111.2135" and it displays well in IE10 and FirFox.
After I upgrade browser to IE11, the webImgviewer shows the same abnormal Large Image as Chrone and Safari.
The error reference site is http://www.wisdomsales.com.tw/Trad/Product-DigitalContent-DAZ.aspx
Except FireFox shows small imgs all other browsers now show abnormal large images.
Shall I need to upgrade my Netadvantage version to solve the issue? any suggestion is welcome.
Daniel
Is there anyone know how to fix the problem? or the ony way to make WebImgviewer compatible with IE11, firefox, safari and chrome is to upgrade to the newest ASP.Net Control?

Hello,
Has this issue been resolved, I am using 13.2 and I still have the large image issue in ie11.
Is there a hotfix available for this?
Thanks,
Jon
Hello Jon,
The issue that you are experiencing has been resolved in the latest service release available for version 13.2, which currently is 13.2.20132.2077.
What I can suggest is downloading the latest service release by following these steps:
1) Go to http://ko.infragistics.com and log with your account
2) Select "Account". This will open the "My keys and downloads" page.
3) Select your product from the product list.
4) Select the " Service releases " tab.
There you will find the latest service release available for download.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance with this matter.
Hello Vasya,
That works great, thank you.
Jon.
