I have web splitter with 3 panes as shown in image.when i  collapse 1st pane the width of 3rd pane changes  you can see this in firstpanecollapse image.My requirement is not to change 3rd panes width not even flicker it.When i collapse 1st pane the width of middle pane should change and it should expand from left side not from right side and collapse 3 rd pane the middle pane should expand to right side not from left in this case the 1st pane should be in fixed position.Is it possible to achieve it??
