Application Styling Configuration - StyleSet Path: ~\in_res - Vista makes a ~ folder

Hi,

    When running the Application Styling Configuration and enter the StyleSet Path: = ~\in_res it bulds a fold with the name ~ and then a fold in that folder called in_res, this is on a Vista system.

\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\IDE\~\cer_5_in_res 

How do you make a relative path?
