Unable to install trail infragistics dev tools

Hi,

I downloaded 30 days trail for latest developer tools but while installing the tools on my machine its failed to install .Please view the attached screenshot my internet is working fine and I am able to open the website.Please help

    Hello Abhishek,

    It appears that the image did not come through. Could you please reattach this? Also, would you be able to provide me with the installer's log file? This will have more details to help me understand why the install is failing for you.
