Candlestick High/Low Lines Don't Render?

Is there a known issue with the Candlestick style financial chart in iOS 8.1 or 8.1.1 where the high/low lines don't render?

Even in the NucliOS iOS app available via the App Store, the Candlestick style example doesn't render the high/low lines either (except briefly on the last few data points, and even then not reliably). The open/close box is fine. I am running iPad Air, 8.1.1.

The only alternative I can think of at this point is to use a RangeColumnSeries for the box, and then maybe a bunch of scatter line series to get the vertical line.
