How to set the width of WinGrid column?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. Actually I have set the maxwidth as I don't want to increase the width. But at that time all the corresponding column in other bangs also ajust to the maxwidth which I have set earlier, this was not I expect. Any way I have got the solution.

Hi ..

jus use this property andset the desired value

.DisplayLayout.Bands(0).Columns("Select").Width = 20

can even set the minimum,max width like
e.Layout.Bands(0).Columns("Select").MinWidth = 20
e.Layout.Bands(0).Columns("Select").MaxWidth
