I am new in using WinGanttView and I wanted to know if dates and duration can be modify in the parent task level?
If it's possible, how can I do it??

Yes this is still a product idea. I don't see you listed as a supporter to the idea yet. Adding yourself as a support will give you automatic updates of state changes for the idea.
If you have any other product ideas you can also create them there as well.
