I am using an UltraTimeLineView and it isn't displaying grid lines in the body (horizontal lines to separate owner rows and vertical lines to separate the time interval columns).
How to do this?

Thank you for posting. The behavior you described is expected. This is how the control is designed.
Looking into our doc and trying to search online I find this post might help, explained to workaround it by creating a creation filter, so you can use IUIElementCreationFilter interface, and intercept the creation of the Infragistics.Win.UltraWinSchedule.TimelineView.
