mdi app, child form loaded, combo box tool in a ribbon - pressing tab results in navigation to another window ...
tried intercepting the key presses - eg ToolKeyPress but not getting handled ...
any ideas?

I am not sure how to reproduce this. Could you please let me know of the exact version of NetAdvantage 12.1 that you are using along with the needed steps to reproduce the issue. It would also be great if you could provide a small sample project with this scenario.

I've replicated the behaviour using a new project ...
1) new windows app
2) add mdi form
3) add two child mdi forms
4) ribbons on each .. diff. name - merging
5) combo box (dropdown ) on 3rd form
6) buttons on mdi to open frm2 / frm3 and set mdi parent
tab off combo navigates to mdi ribbon
