Hi,

I use an UltraMaskedEdit with EditType as Time. The current culture is "th-TH" (Thai).

When I set the a datetime to UltraMaskedEdit.Value "19/03/2020 08:00" (display datetime is 19/03/2563 08:00) 2563 = 2020+543

After I set this Value, the Value of this control becomes "19/03/1477 08:00" (1477 = 2020 - 543)

This cause a lot of issue whe i use this value.

I am using Infragistic WindowsForm version 18.2.20182.175

Note that this does not happen in the old version 11.2. I just upgraded to version 18.2 and saw this issue

I doubt that this is a bug in version 18.2

Please help to double check
