UltraDockManager AllowDropErrorMessage

Hello, I have updated my Project from version 14.2 to version 20.1. And now I get UltraDockManager AllowDropErrorMessage.

The attribute [STAThread] is inserted in your 'Main' method. I emptied the directory and recreated the project. Still, I get the same error UltraDockManager AllowDropErrorMessage.
Can you help me fix this error?
