UltraPeekPopup prevent close
posted

Hi

I am using the control and when the user clicks somewhere else it closes the UltraPeekPopup. I would like to prevent this and keep the UltraPeekPopup open until I close it manually with UltraPeekPopup.Close() as I would like the user to carry out some tasks within the UltraPeekPopup and to ensure this I wish to keep the UltraPeekPopup open.

Thanks.

    Hello Dave,

Thank you for contacting. I looked into our UltraPeekPopup API , did some reaserch and find closing UltraPeekPopup manually is something out of the box. We don’t have any event to make popup open while clicking somewhere else., its because the UltraPeekPopup uses our DropDownManager to float/show a control at a specified location. Its intended to go away when the user clicks outside the content control. You can enter a feature request to add this ability, but currently its out of the box, it doesn't exist.
