I'm trying to give my users the ability to drag menu options from the ultratoolbar customizer and drop them in an ultraexplorerbar panel.  When I try this I can't get the on drop function of the ultraexplorerpanel to fire but it fires fine when I drop an item from one ultraexplorerbar to another.  Can what I'm trying to do be done?
