Adding Label onto Ribbon and make background of label transparent

I am trying to add a label to the ribbon (in MDI) but the label background
color cannot be sent to transparent. I am using the label as a title for
what report is opened. Also, I allow the ability for users to choose their
own styles so this is why the label background must be transparent, but I
cannot get that to work. Any Ideas?

I don't see the attached image. Try inserting it into the text directly.

I attached the image. The label is on the ribbon. As you can see the label
is pulling the background color from the parent form in this MDI layout.
Can I make it transparent or have it use the gradient from the ribbon? Keep
in mind I allow to user to dynamically change the styles of the app.
